Sometimes everything piles up on top of each other. As excessive demands are widespread, the mood quickly becomes oppressing. In this situation, it feels like all things ask for your full attention. Hence, the wish to find a remedy arises.

Yet, the only working solution often is temporarily blocking the demands because taking time out makes it possible to clarify which are really justified.

Hi there, I'm Stefanie, the photographer, and author of the blog post you're reading now.
