The center of attention

Some cannot live without being the center of attention. They show off and position themselves to become visible. Over time, they slowly but steadily bore their way to what is aimed without regard to losses.

Once they start to set themselves a monument, the voices that ask about relevance fall silent, since floating with the current is convenient, it is easy to succumb to this sense of mission.

Yet the real problem is always how much attention they get and not how much they demand. If you only let your gaze wander a little, the perspective changes. Suddenly things come to the fore that once were hidden behind the impostors that now become very small.

Pontsteiger Amsterdam

Amsterdam is known for its iconic architecture, and the Pontsteiger building is no exception.
