Wherever I go

Eyes that no longer wander around often turn dry. By their dim look, various patterns blur into one line. An empty gaze that prevents me from recognizing shades wherever I go. As a result, I get stuck in an endless loop of my truth.

Yet, vivid life rests on motion and constant change. And seldomly, a routine-blinded view is flexible enough to meet that claim. It leans on what I desire and not what can be seen. That way, I narrow myself wherever I go.

With the help of a bright momentum, I can indulge in temptation. While blinking still feels unfamiliar, the surface I see already deeply impresses me now. The more I move, the more fascinating the shapes, colors, and patterns I’ve missed for so long.

Hi there, I'm Stefanie, the photographer, and author of the blog post you're reading now.
