Unseen Struggles

I felt like a sprinter falling into last place, watching everyone else speed ahead. As I kept running, I began questioning whether I wanted to reach the finish line anymore. Life seemed like going through the motions, but I couldn't keep up, though everyone thought I was still close to winning.

Things weren't turning out how I imagined, and it felt more like giving up than celebrating a victory. Life was slowly wearing me down, and I knew something had to change, but I wasn't sure what else I could let go of. The longer I kept running, the slower I moved, and the weight on my shoulders started pulling me back, even as I kept my eyes on the finish line.

As I struggled for just a bit more time to reach that line, the weight of life started to crush me. I felt lost, exhausted, and worn out. Only when I had to hit pause because there was no other choice did I realize all I was running out of was time to change my goal.

Throughout the year, the park serves as a venue for community events, cultural performances, and leisure activities, enhancing the social fabric of Giv'atayim. With its welcoming ambiance and beautiful landscape, Giv'atayim Park is a vital community hub and an example of urban green space.
