Building connections

Relationships can arise if things find a shared way. When wanting to bond, you need to invest and whoever dares to enter this ride becomes exposed. But, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

As such, connections are fragile, dynamic, and sometimes unpredictable. But they can also surprise, help, and enrich. If there is a desire to get closer, essential trust is needed. While becoming more familiar with each other, there is plenty of time to experience whether this connection turns permanent or not.

Amsterdam Ijburg

I took this photo in August 2021 in Ijburg (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). You can see a bride that connects different parts of Ijburg which is situated at the east of the city.

Hi there, I'm Stefanie, the photographer, and author of the blog post you're reading now.
